Blushed Boudoir is Salt Lake City’s largest private, all-female boudoir studio, led by founder and photographer Shanna Demke and an entirely all-female team — because the room you let your guard down in should feel completely safe. We’re the ones who’ll do your hair and makeup, guide every pose, hype you up, and hand you tissues when you see yourself for the first time.
Brides book with us for a gift their partner opens on the wedding morning, or come in together as a couple. Some do it purely for themselves. Our downtown studio holds more than 30 built sets, so no two sessions look alike, and we’ve photographed over 1,500 women.

Blushed Boudoir is Salt Lake City's largest private, all-female boudoir photography studio, tucked into 4,500 square feet in the heart of downtown.
Most of the women who walk through our door have never done anything like this before, and nearly all of them arrive nervous. We plan for that. Professional hair and makeup are included with every full session, and we guide you through every single pose, so there is nothing to figure out on your own. You do not need experience, a particular body, or a reason.
Our studio holds more than 30 built sets, from a claw-foot tub surrounded by candles to soft window light on white linen, so no two sessions look alike. Our team is entirely female, from the photographers to the hair and makeup artists, and the studio stays completely private during your session. Nothing is ever shared without your written permission.
You see your images the same day at a reveal appointment with us and choose the ones you want to keep as albums, wall art, and prints.
We photograph women, brides, expectant mothers, and couples throughout Salt Lake City and across Utah, and welcome clients traveling in from out of state.
