Owner and photographer Brandy Wood built Enchanted Moments Artistry around a single belief: a woman doesn’t need to change to be seen clearly, she just needs the right space and the right guide. That space is a dedicated 2,000+ square foot home studio in Indianapolis, stocked with 14+ ready-to-shoot themed sets and a wardrobe of 1,000+ pieces in sizes XXS to 6X. Every full session runs up to five hours, with hair and makeup, guided posing, and full wardrobe access included, followed by a private reveal appointment where clients see their images for the first time. Brandy also offers a downtown Indianapolis studio for branding and beauty portraits. She leads every session herself, start to finish, no assistants standing in.
I didn't set out to become a boudoir photographer. In September 2022, I nearly died. I was teaching a PhD class, didn't feel right, and by the end of the day I was in the hospital for four days with diabetic ketoacidosis. I remember thinking: what have I done with my life? I made a list on paper of everything I hadn't done yet, and boudoir was on it. So I drove five hours and got my own session. I walked out feeling like a million dollars, and I thought, if I could give someone else this feeling every single day, what a beautiful world that would be.
I filed my LLC that December, picked up my camera in 2023, and went full-time on January 3rd, 2026, after years leading graduate and research education at a local school of medicine. I've invested over $40,000 in my craft since then. I lead every session myself, hair and makeup, posing, wardrobe, all of it, so you never have to figure out how to show up. You just have to arrive.
