At Sûr de Soi, we wanted to create a space that catered to providing images that capture the individual beauty behind each person that walks through our door. We firmly believe that each person, no matter of their gender identity or self expression, or body size should be denied their ability to flaunt their self confidence. That’s how we landed on our name! Sûr de Soi in French means confident or self assured.

Sûr de Soi Studio is located in Charlottesville, VA and includes two separate rooms for a variety of background options. The boudoir suite includes a bed, chandelier, mirrors, multiple chairs, and much more to furnish this beautiful bedroom fit for a queen. The traditional photography suite includes a variety of backgrounds, including backdrops in multiple color options and beautiful vintage chairs and candles. Studio lighting is located throughout, and the boudoir suite is blanketed in natural sunlight from the large, antique windows.

We take every possible step to make sure you are comfortable during your session. We cannot wait to get started creating images that you will love and will make you feel as stunning as we know you are.
