1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hey there! I am Larissa and I am the hype-girl, confidence booster, and mastermind behind LE Boudoir. I firmly believe that every woman deserves to feel amazing in her skin no matter what stage of life she is in. Boudoir photography isn't the only way but its certainly a possible pathway towards self discovery and a deeper level of self love. I feel so honored to welcome the most amazing women (just like you!) into my studio for a fun, encouraging experience that not only results in jaw dropping, stunning images but has women walking away with a new found pep in their step and that chin held a little higher. So whether you are spending your days chasing after a toddler, climbing that ladder at work, playing taxi to your teens. or finding ways to thrive as an empty nester, I would LOVE to invite you to come take a walk on the wild side with me - it's sure to be an empowering, encouraging, and all around freaking fun experience! 2. What is your experience shooting boudoir?
I have been a portrait photographer for well over a decade now and have honed my skills both behind the camera as well as in my ability to connect with those that I am photographing. I created the boudoir branch of my business back in 2022 and was instantly obsessed. I feel so honored to create these beautiful, powerful images with the amazing ladies that muster the courage to book with me. So many of them have not only jumped feet first in and trusted me to create these intimate images but they have returned for a second and even third session in as many years. So beware: not only will a boudoir session with me have that confidence skyrocketing but as you leave your session you will most likely already be planning for the next.
3. Where will the photo shoot take place?
I have the honor of creating at a cozy studio in downtown Loveland. The space offers us a private space to create using different sets and fun elements. From the bed and couch to the stunning clawfoot tub, we are able to take your boudoir dreams and make them a reality.
4. How should customers prepare for the Boudoir photo shoot?
As part of a session with me, I offer professional hair and makeup with most sessions. My all girl glam squad can take your vision and make it a reality so you feel pampered and like a million bucks walking into the studio. I also offer guidance on what to wear and how to prepare including a full Boudie Lounge page on my site with all the tips and tricks and inspiration you need to feel ready to rock your session. And for those of you worried about how to pose, rest assured that I will be there to help you from head to toe so you feel authentic and confident and the images will showcase all your favorite assets. But through it all I am with you every step of the way as your total hype-girl so you have what you need to overcome the nerves and feel amazing in your skin. The result will be stunning images that you will have as a reminder that you are fiercely beautiful and can do anything you put your mind to.
5. Will there be a hairstylist and make-up artist?
Our all girl team will be there to bring to life the look you want so that you feel like the best, most authentic version of yourself and so ready for your close-up!
6. What do you do to make your customers feel comfortable for the shoot?
I don't think any of us are signing up for such an intimate experience with just anyone so I work hard to get to know each of my ladies and help them get to know me. This helps us feel more comfortable creating together. I am very much an encourager and that can help a ton while we are in the studio. With some great music playing, we can set just the right vibe so you are in your element and together with me as your hype girl and you feeling safe and authentic, the outcome will be images that showcase all your curves in the most perfect way!
7. Are pictures printed or do you provide a digital file?
All images will be professionally retouched with additional editing available by request. I offer product collections that include custom items such as stunning, heirloom albums so you can flip through all your favorite images at your fingertips. Many women also select wall art to display in a location that will be seen often so as to have that reminder that they are a total badass. Digital images are also popular and available as part of many of the collections. Additionally, I offer other small keepsakes that are great for sharing such as vintage view finders, custom calendars, and playing cards, all of which make for an incredible gift. No matter what you choose to showcase your favorite images, you will leave the experience not only with that boost of confidence but also these images as a reminder that you are so valuable just the way you are!
8. What happens on the day?
The day of your session will kick off with hair and makeup at the stylist's studio. After some time in the chair being pampered, you will be able to drive over to the studio where I will meet you. We can take a tour of the studio, look at the outfits you brought, and then jump right in. The 60-90 minute session always seems to fly by as we are having fun working through the different looks and utilizing the different sets in the studio. As we wrap up, we will either take a short break and then get back together to look at the final images or set up a time to view them together at a later date. It will be a day full of pampering, laughter, empowerment, and all the good vibes!
9. Where will the photographs be used?
Your privacy is of the upmost importance to me and so you will be able to determine if any of the final images feel safe to share or if they are for your eyes only. Many woman will decide to grant permission for me to use some of their images on my social media and website but others feel more comfortable about keeping their images private. I take every measure to ensure that your images are secure and aligned to what you desire when it comes to sharing.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Part of the booking process includes a full agreement to read and sign that lays out all of the studio policies and procedures. Being able to read through that and ask any questions is an important part of the process and ensures that we are on the same page with what to expect.
